ABOUT TOWSON HILLEL

Towson Hillel has been on Towson's campus since 1997. Hillel's mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Hillel student leaders, professionals and lay leaders are dedicated to creating a pluralistic, welcoming and inclusive environment for Jewish college students, where they are encouraged to grow intellectually, spiritually and socially. Hillel helps students find a balance in being distinctively Jewish and universally human by encouraging them to pursue tzedek (social justice), tikkun olam (repairing the world) and Jewish learning, and to support Israel and global Jewish peoplehood. Hillel is committed to excellence, innovation, accountability and results.Hillel is located in the Jewish Activities Center in Newell Hall - attached to the dining hall.

ABOUT SOLES4SOULS

OUR PREVIOUS COLLECTION

Last Yom HaShoah, Towson University Hillel collected shoes for Soles4Souls. We are happy to say that we were able to collect a total of 576 pairs of shoes, and 64 single shoes within the time frame of 2 months.

This year, we are hoping to collect even more with the help of our wonderful community. Remember, every pair counts!
